The celebration of life service for Trayvon Nathaniel Miller will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. James Church of God in Christ in Ada. Elder Jeremiah Jones will be officiating.
Trayvon was born June 18, 1999, in Oklahoma City.
He attended St. James Church of God in Christ, where he was active in his youth as a drummer, a singer and a participant in state and national Bible Bowl competitions. He also attended Ada City Schools and participated in drama, band, football, basketball and track throughout the years.
Trayvon loved music and was known as "the entertainer" wherever he went. He will be remembered for his radiant smile, his sense of adventure and his creativity.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Edith Miller of Ada; his biological mother, Ashaunte Martinez (Anthony) of Oklahoma City; and his siblings Derrick Gray (Joanna), Erick Gray, Raymond Miller, Myrtle Miller, Tenecia Miller, and Maria Miller, all of Ada, Lashonda Davis of Oklahoma City, Lillian Miller of Norman, Chris Johnson (Patricia) of Oklahoma City, Clay Johnson of Lawton and Daeshaun Horton and Dameon Horton of Oklahoma City. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Miller.

I only met this young man once at a family gathering..he was quiet friendly and showed me much respect. I remember and what stood out the most...how he greeted his Uncle Boo. David Douglas jr..That long lingering hug and that beautiful smile warmed my heart. I saw Love! Angel Boy rest in.Heavenly Love. GG.

We use to go to school with each other and even though we didn't talk often, this is heartbreaking but a lot of people love you man. Rest in peace and see you again someday. Praying for all of your family.
