Ada, Oklahoma - In loving memory of Shirley Ann Love, better known as "Memaw" or "'Miss Ann" to those who loved and adored her.

Mrs. Love left this earth for her Heavenly Home on September 3rd, 2025. Shirley Ann Rhoads was born to Velta "Vi" Rhoads and William Braden "Poodle" Rhoads on November 14th, 1935. She was the proud big sister of Leon Rhoads. She married the love of her life and best friend, Paul Love, on April 27th, 1973 at Trinity Baptist Church in Ada, Oklahoma. In her marriage to Paul, she became the loving stepmother to three children whom she loved as and called her own: Danny Love, Chuck Love and Sherri Wilkerson. Shirley, "Memaw", loved playing, singing, and dancing with her 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, all of whom are the children and grandchildren of Danny, Chuck, and Sherri.

Shirley worked many jobs throughout her life, but she got the most joy out of being a beautician and telephone operator before retiring. She loved to share stories of these jobs with her loved ones.

In the last years of her life, she enjoyed frequent visits from her daughter-in-law, Suize, of whom would paint her fingernails. As well as dance and sing along to The Andy Griffith Show with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who would frequently visit her, always carefully remembering to bring a Coca-Cola and Little Debbie snack with them for Memaw. Mrs. Love made friends wherever she went and enjoyed getting to tell stories and make up songs with her friends and family.

Shirley and Paul not only shared a love for each other, but they shared a love of Christ in which they built the foundation of their family on. Because of this, the family finds peace in knowing that Memaw and 2papa, Shirley and Paul, are finally reunited in Heaven where we know 2papa was waiting with Jesus to crack a joke and was smiling his infectious smile that he always had when with his bride, "Miss Ann".
