Carrollton, TX - Graveside services for Bobbie Lee Neal Plumlee, 87, of Carrollton, Texas, and formerly of Ada are at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Rosedale Cemetery. Pastor Steve Wilburn will officiate. Bobbie passed away February 27, 2026.

Bobbie was born November 13, 1938 to Robert and Ama Neal in Ada. She graduated from Ada High School in 1956. Bobbie worked in banking for most of her life. She worked in various positions at First Nation Bank, now Vision Bank in Ada. They included secretary, Personnel Director, Secretary of the Board and finally Vice President of Finance. She was involved with many civic organizations in Ada also. Of all the jobs she held, her favorite was being a mom. She loved children. She volunteered with the Boy Scouts and Camp Fire Girls. She read and worked with young children at the local elementary schools. She hosted countless weekend gatherings involving swimming, volley ball, and cookouts for her children's friends and family.

In 1957, she met John Plumlee when he jumped into her car as she was draggin' Main Street in Ada. They wed in 1958 and had two children, Randy and Jonna (Pebbles).

Bobbie was preceded by her parents, Robert and Ama Neal; her in-laws, Hobert and Grace Plumlee; and her son, Randy Plumlee.

She is survived by her daughter Jonna (Pebbles) Plumlee and her husband Steve Erickson; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
