Billie was the most loving and giving person we have ever known. We both worked with her in CETA. She was caring and giving in all she did. She would come in the afternoon and say it was time for us to go get pie at JD's and close the office down at 3:00 until 3:30. The work was always done on time and with kindness and love. We loved and respected her.

I am so sorry for your loss. I just delivered meals to their home on the 14th! She was resting so I couldn't give her a hug. She was so sweet and kind, always with a smile on her face. May God cover you with comfort in this difficult time.
