norman, ok - Amelia Carolyn Little "Carol"

Amelia Carolyn Little, lovingly known as Carol, age 80, of Norman, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026.

Born in Ada, Oklahoma, to Thurman and Mildred Gray, Carol was a bright and driven young woman—serving as president of her 4-H club and graduating valedictorian of Vanoss High School in 1963. She later married Kenneth Little, and together they raised three children: Phillip, Elisabeth, and Stephanie.

Carol's greatest joy was loving people well and sharing the love of Jesus with everyone she met. Being a stay-at-home mom was a treasured season of her life. Later, she returned to the workforce, working in places that reflected her passions—fabrics, books, and people—including House of Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, the Norman Public Library, AIG, and ultimately Hobby Lobby Corporate, where she was affectionately known as the "prayer warrior."

A gifted quilter and former quilt guild president, Carol shared her talent generously. Above all, she cherished her role as "Grandma," creating lifelong memories through her beloved Friday night "Grandma Kids Club."

Carol is survived by her three children and spouses, 20 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and her brother, Dale Gray. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Linda, and other beloved family members.

A Celebration of Life will be held February 14, 2026, at Calvary Chapel of Norman. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Chapel of Norman.
