Memorial services for William Temple Farmer, 83, of Ada will be at a later date.
Mr. Farmer passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017, at a local nursing home. He was born Jan. 5, 1934, in Gaar Corner west of Ada to Willie Lee and Emma Reed Farmer.
He married Virginia Marie West Oct. 8, 1962. She preceded him in death in October 2011. Mr. Farmer was a feed mill employee. Later, he owned and operated a lawn care service in Ada.
Survivors include three daughters, Tammy Canada and her husband, Jon, Vicki Humphrey and Julie Wood; a son, Eric Farmer and his wife, Kerri; a brother, Laverne Farmer of Davis; one sister, Janie Roach and her husband, David, of Groesbeck, Texas; nine grandchildren, Brian and Lyndsey Humphrey, Taylor and Logan Wood, Masion and Kylie Farmer, Ashley and Jussely Canada and Cailee Kinder and her husband, Ryan; three great-grandchildren, Kayden Bolles, Boadie Manuel and Jaelyn Long.
He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
