Graveside services for Floyd Cranford, 91, of Stonewall are at 11 a.m. Friday at the Lula Cemetery. Weldon Cravey will officiate.
Mr. Cranford passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at a Sulphur Veterans Center. He was born Oct. 9, 1925, in Lula to Early and Gertrude Elliott Cranford. He attended Pleasant Hill schools.
He married Edith Hatton Sept. 28, 1949. She preceded him in death Nov. 6, 2001. Mr. Cranford was a rancher and farmer and served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include two sons, Dale Cranford and his wife, Gwen, of Stratford and Frank Cranford and his wife, Kay, of Stonewall; a brother, Jim Cranford and his wife, "Snooks," of Manhattan, Kansas; four grandchildren, Connie, Justin, Willie and April; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife; four brothers; and two sisters.
