Eve Branscum Services for Eve Elizabeth Branscum, 66, of Ada are at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Jim Branscum will officiate. Burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Criswell Funeral Home.
Mrs. Branscum passed away Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018, at a local hospital.
She was born June 23, 1952, in Ada to Hugh E. and Donnie Mae Tucker Stansbury. She attended grade schools in Ada and California and graduated from high school in Sylmar, California.
She married David Earl Branscum on Aug. 2, 2003, in Konawa.
Mrs. Branscum was a nurse's aide and housekeeper at Valley View Regional Hospital, retiring after 35 years of service. She loved to cook and spend time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, David, of the home; together they had seven children, William H.B. Sumner of California, Sheila Miller and husband, Shane, of Ada, Charles Sumner and wife, Chalise, of Arizona, Donna Prine and husband, David, of Stratford, Crystal Stehr and husband, Shane, of Wynnewood, April Hunley and husband, Jeff, of Ada and Matthew Branscum and wife, Cheri, of Pauls Valley; 20 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Fred Stansbury and wife, Trudy, and Jerry Stansbury and wife, Peggy, all of Texas; and a sister, Donna Moore of California.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Tommy Stansbury and Renee Stansbury; and two brothers, John Stansbury and Sam Stansbury.
The family says those who wish may make memorials to the Cystic Fibrosis Oklahoma Chapter, 8904 Silver Hill Dr., Oklahoma City, OK 73132.
