I was honored to work with Carol as an Elementary Counselor at Stratford in the mid 1970s My job as coordinator for the St. Dept. was blessed by working with her as a total advocate for children. My wife Elaine Merritt worked with Carol at the Ada RESC in the 80s and shared the same blessings as I.

Blessings to the family of a special person.

When I served the State Dept of Education as an elementary guidance coordinator in the mid 1970's I was honored to know and work with Carol as she served as a children's advocate, counselor and just an all around quality person. From 1980 forward my wife Elaine Merritt was blessed to know Carol as they both worked for the Education Service Center in Ada.

We both loved and respected Carol as a person, professional and friend. We are saddened by the news of her passing....Blessings to the family....

Carol was a beautiful person inside and out. She set an example for all of us. Always had a smile on her face and made everyone she met feel that they were special. Those wonderful memories will now become treasures.
